Icing down the car

When it is like 50 degrees at the track, does it still help to ice down the car?

Yeah, but I wouldn't bother.. It'll cool down pretty quick.

That is what I was thinking. On the other hand though, can it hurt to ice it down when it is cold outside?

I am going tomorrow and I am going to ICE down. It helps drop the temps even quicker.
