Second trip to the track with PC8. Now have 520 miles on her.

Kill was easy. Mazdaspeed 3, the guy didn't know what hit him.:knockout: Since it was Real Street Drags night I don't know what he ran. They cut the timeslips so you don't know other peoples runs for betting purposes.

Ran my best time yet 13.194 @ 109.05http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q257/AAR_Cuda/PCSRT8/plum.jpg

Rundown of the pass:
RT .198
60' 1.969
1/8 8.536
1/8 MPH 83.89
1/4 13.194
MPH 109.05
DA 1600'
Tire pressures
Front 32
Rear 23
Launch at 1200 RPM
Autostick mode let the car shift itself

That is one QUICK SRT8. Please keep us posted as the miles loosen up the motor. What track are you racing at ?

Good kill, but a stock RT w/ R/T should easily kill a MazdaSpeed3. Any SRT8? LOL, no contest.

The MazdaSpeed3s (stock) are high 14 cars if they are driven well. They are quick, but they are not terribly fast, and remember: Mazda had to choke the torque down low to avoid outrageous torque steer. This means slower sprints to 60.

Thanks Chuck, I am very happy with that run. BTW my temp was 208 so I know I have more once I do the thermostat and fan switch.
Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI. I've been going there for 28 years so I pretty much know the track.

Slowest run of the night was a 13.347 @ 105.82.

You might want to check your numbers on the Mazdaspeed 3 because they are better than you think.
