On two different occasions I have contacted two different vendors regarding having a custom emblem made for my car. My requests have been summarily ignored on both occasions, including attempts to further contact these same vendors and restate my request.
I will not identify these vendors by name, but I am highly disappointed and disgusted that queries for service from a paying customer could go unnoticed and be given such a low priority. I refuse to do business with such organizations.

While being ignored is certainly a big problem - I can understand if none of them want to do it. To produce a "one off" of something like that is very time consuming for a vendor, and they would have to charge a fortune for it, which probably still wouldn't be enough to make it worthwhile for them (and they are no doubt in business to make a profit). The time it would take to write a program, and set up a machine to run this one part - at $80 - $100 per hour, would make it one of the most expensive mods out there.
However, they should at least respond to your request and let you know that.

Wow sorry to hear that. I didn't have a problem where I got mine. PM me if you need the information.

Let me step to the plate here and bow down shamefully :(.
I scanned our PM's and found this members PM dated the 17th to us. It was a travel day for me when I was returning from my vacatino. Subsequently I have emailed the the member.
Also, please if you think we are ignoring you, I assure you we are not. Just pick up the phone and give us a call. Someone is here to help you on the other end.

Go with the Billet Technology! They might take a little while but you are getting the best possible quality available. They are making "one offs" for half of this forum! They made my entire engine pieces including fuse box custom. I will post pics of the fuse box tommorow, it is stunning to say the least.

I was in no way going to implicate you or your organization, but you get points for a response. Especially since the other vendor in question is still MIA, and I did call them and leave a message. :P

Good way to voice your opinion without calling out a vendor. Lots of people get in trouble about that on here. Everyones entitled free speech but it seems to cause drama still with moderators. Good write up

If I have public confrontation with anyone on this forum, I guarantee it will be the most boring show ever. I try to settle things amicably. Not worth the popcorn.

I just want to say I am impressed. I like a person who has honor and has enough GUTS to admit he dropped the ball. If I want anything that Billet Tech can give me I will order it from them. Honor is everything.
