Best/worst Dodge service in NorCal...

... so which dealership has the best service dept? Meaning an agreeable, professional, skilled shop?

And if you've had experience with a poor service dept. I'm sure everyone would like to know about that, too.

I'm taking my charger to lithia dodge in burlingame on monday. Request a fix for the trunk lid scratching the bumper.
If anyone has had a problem at lithia dodge, please let me know!

Can't speak for Lithia Dodge in Burlingame, but Lithia Fairfield has been helpful so far....except that the parts mgr insisted that the srt-8 hoods were not yet in production until I had him look it up and he found out that they had 7 of them in their warehouse! The only thing that stopped me from getting it was the $1800 quote he gave me on it (unpainted and uninstalled). Otherwise, they've been great through 2 oil changes and a tire rotation!
