I do see a lot of dealer bashing on the forum, rarely do I see anything about good service.

Charlies has treated me & 3521 like a prince! They have replaced under warranty the following.

2 Rims
Sunroof complete assembly
Rear side window gaskets
Windshield Molding
Steering wheel evic controls 2 times...upgraded to the 2007 with the black switches.
turned the trunk stops around and several other minor issues

Every time that the car has to stay there they have provided a rental.
The car has been washed 3 times no charge.

Jeff in service is great and there is a chargerforums member that works in the shop. I want to thank him, I just don't remember his user name.

Anyway, I feel that they have gone the extra mile to keep their 5 star rating.

I bought my Charger from Charlies Dodge here in Toledo, Ohio. I also purchased my Dodge Ram from them back in 03. Great dealership.

I never had my car serviced there but when I went to buy a charger they just gave me crap about this and that. They could not get me a deal I wanted.

I went to Arrigo and got a great deal from them. was in and out in 3hours.

My uncle had a 300c that was bought from Charlies in Fort Pierce he had to have the transmission replaced in the first 2 months.

i purchased my charger from them. I have a 2.7 with issues. jeff did what he could for me rental car ext ext.... he a good guy i would recomend him for your next service warenty work. if there is a member that works there i am sure u know me :) i know my spelling sucks

Too bad you're all the way in Florida. I've done some dealer bashing on here, but I believe there are great dealerships out there and whenever I find one, I'll praise them. Thanks for sharing!

Charlie's gets even better!

I brought the car in for squeaky brakes...new rear rotors.

Carpet pulling from the door sills in the rear...new carpet.

The door moldings were turning black...pulled the old ones off the car and there was much blistering of the paint underneath due to water being trapped under the molding on the right front door. Painted both right doors and put the new moldings in the trunk. Now I am finally demolded!

Leaky / cracked plastic valve cover on left side replaced.

Fog light had water in it....replaced.

Man I love these guys......I am waiting until their super bees come in to make a deal!
