View Full Version : What's Up With Revolution Motorsports???

Going against what I had read on this site, I ordered some graphics from Revolution Motorsports. 2 days after I placed the order, they had a promotion for forum members, 15% off all graphics. So I called and I was told that the owner normally would not do anything, but he said he would send me a check for the 15% off. This was a few months ago already. Well last month I made a post and Revolution Motorsports PM'd me requesting the ordering info so this could be taken care of. I PM'd him back with the info, still no check. My suggestion is spend the extra money and go with Ryder Graphics. I have heard a lot of good things about them. Anyways that is my 2 cents worth.

The money is just a little bit of the "madness". I have called them, emailed them, and even PM'd them. What kind of customer service do they have?

From what I have seen here and on lxforums, their customer service seems to be flakey. Some people have gotten great service while others go on being ignored.
I went with Rider Graphix simply because I saw absolutely NO negative comments about them and a few bad ones about Rev Motors.

We have sent out a check about a month ago and it has yet to clear our bank account. Give us a call so that we can get the correct info on where to send it to. 269-861-2390

Well I replied giving all my info again, still no check. Then about two weeks ago I get an IM from a new guy at Revolution Motorsports who wants to correct the issue. So I explained the situation AGAIN and have not heard from anyone since. That pretty much sealed the deal with me not dealing with this company again.

Just sent you another PM because I never got a pm for your address. We are doing everything that we can to get this taken care of, however you do have to see it from our stand point where you ordered 2 days before a sale started. Again we are going to take care of this even though it was not ordered during the sale. If you have paypal please include that in the the pm that you send.
