NEW YEARS EVE at AZCHARGERS house!

This year will mark the 5th annual New Years celebration at my house!

EVERYONE is invited!

I have a nice backyard with a pool, fire pit (WOW, we have had some HUGE New Years fires in her) etc. :lol:

I will also have some of my home brew to sample!

Its NOT a blow-out college like party, just some friends! I`ll keep everyone posted here about the directions and time closer to Christmas! :santa:

I'll stop in. I'm not racing though. Speaking of which, I was at a light with a camero and I was sure he wanted to go. I got a little bit of adrenalin going and hit the accelerator a little bit hard, enough to bark the tires and zip accross the intersection. It was not pedal to the medal. You should have seen it like I did in my rear view. That camero was burning ruber swaying from side to side trying to catch me. Once I reached 40, I had let up, and he goes zooming past me. It was too funny. I think he realized I wasn't racing, just had a very fast car, and he was giving it all he had to no avail.

I took AZChargers for a ride in my SRT-8 and the first thing he says before I even start it up is "now I'm going to want one of these." Both I and AZRICH1 were taking people for a ride together, and my throttle got stuck at WOT. Scared the living daylights out of me. We were coming up on an intersection and our light was red. The brakes are great, but it wasn't going to stop this beast. Once these things get over 2,500 RPM's they explode with speed. My car was still accelerating and my foot was off of the accelerator. I started downshifting and punched the accelerator up and down three times. The third time, it let go. Talk about terror. Both Mike and I were pretty shaken up that this could actually happen. The computer is in control. You can't do a darned thing short of shutting her off, throwing her in park, or just hoping something you do will wake up the computer to your commands. The only thing I can think of is that I adjusted the pedals way down. I am 6.5', so I wanted them further down on the floorboard. After that I adjusted them all the way up and drove very carefully home.

She is still a black beauty. Bucking bronco, but black beauty.

Sucks about the throttle getting stuck, but sounds like you guys had fun... I did a couple decent burnouts with the Daytona on the backroad out at the San Tan's where the party I was at was.... But I was the only Charger owner there... :D

Just wanted to say thanks to azchargers family for their great hospitality. My wife, Son & I had a blast. Pictures of cars look awsome.
