for all the Hawaii people w/zoomers....where did you buy it from and what kinda shipping charges did ya have....my marlin mod money is building up! we cut up the winning marlin from yesterdays tourney it was 771 lbs and it won the team approx 130k plus a corvette!~lucky bastards!

I bought my exhaust, CAI and puter through HHP. I talked with them on the phone and HHP said the shipping was going to be like 200 bucks for all of it...HHP hooked me up though, they discounted the price on the parts to offset the cost of the shipping to 50 bucks.

When I ordered my Zoomers for my 5.7L R/T, I got it on a group buy and it came out to a little over $1k with shipping. I don't remember how much shipping alone was though. Give them a call, Ron was cool and I think they can give you a quote over the phone. The kit went on perfectly and the sound is awesome (at least my friends and I think so).

hey thanks guys for all the info I will start checking into it....I posted on another thread about my new purchase as of yesterday...I bought a Honda Fit...hahhaa actually I bought it for my mom...traded in her element....I plan on using the Fit some of the time to help keep the mileage down on the bee....yesterday I went to the honda dealership because I wanted to test drive this Subaru STI that was sitting in their used car section....that is a hella fun car and I would have picked it up if it wasnt for the fact that at the last stop on the way back to dealership on the test drive my sales guy has a call that the car had been sold while we were out on the test drive!...the fit I bought is vivid blue almost same as the sti....the bee yellow and the blue really set each other off...its yin and yang....totally...

Hey Hemi...good to hear from you...how is the deployment? Guess I had the same idea you did, traded the Daytona up for a Bee. When you getting back?

Deployment has been long, but interesting (in regards to my job) to say the least! We were out for a couple of months straight before we finally got to pull in to Dubai, UAE. It was cool,... I actually saw two R/T's there. One black and one Silver. As far as trading up... I couldn't help it, I fell in love as soon as I saw it at the dealer. Where did you get yours? Windward? You know as well as I do that I can't really say when we will be back, but sometime in the Fall.

Yeah, I know you can't say too much about when you're coming back, but you've missed some good shows!!

I tried to give Windward my buisness, they didn't want it...almost got into a fight with one of the managers. I couldn't believe it, pretty much walked in with a check and they didn't want to deal. 52k sticker on thier Bee and they wouldn't give me 22k for my Daytona...so I told the used car manager he was "F-n crazy"...dude got pissed off then got up in my face. So I went to Cutter and was in the Bee by the next day. Went back to Windward the next day to talk to the salesman that had helped me before the manager screwed him. The manager was there and got pissed off that I came back "To rub the Super Bee in his face"...the guy had the audacity to threaten me in front of other customers and his boss cause I was complaining about how I had been treated the previous day. It was an experience to say the least...but the good news is, I am paying as much for the Bee as I was for the Daytona.

Had my Daytona for almost exactly a year...that cash back on the SRT's was hard to turn down. I would have saved another G if I would have waited another month :P

Funny thing is...that same Super Bee is still sitting on Windwards lot. Somebody is gonna have to be pretty desperate or have a lot of cash to get it at that price if they don't want to haggle with customers.

I couldn't be happier...had the Bee for almost 2 months now...I don't even listen to the radio anymore...just the exhaust note.

good job in repping the chargers!....I dont know about oahu but here on the big island there are very few charger owners....lots of rent a car chargers with black mirrors but rarely see r/t or srt...like i said the other day was the FIRST day i have seen another srt8 charger..and that guy said he rarely drives it...only on weekends...there are only two that i see on a regular basis and those two are owned by cops...and both are r/t....I think on the other side of the island there is also another cop who drives an r/t....

It seems like a different story over here...there are a few Daytona running around, I have seen 4 SRT-8's with relative frequency...guess they just aren't on the boards. I try to meet all the Charger drivers I can, especially the ones taking pride in their Charger. and let 'em know what's going on and see if they want to get involved.

There are a few (3 I have seen) Charger driving cops on Oahu.

The Superchips is pretty straight forward and easy to use, just follow the manual the first few times you do it...and always, make sure you read and save the "stock" setting for your car.
