Milan Dragway June 20th results & pics.

Myself and Bee170 went to Test and Tune on Wed. The LX showing was My 300c SRT8, The Bee170, another Super Bee, a Torred Charger SRT, a Torred Daytona, an R/T Magnum with spray, and a Silver Charger R/T.

Myself and Bee170 were the only forum members as far as I could tell.

Here are my runs. I am bone stock with just a K&N drop in.

My reaction times are horrible, but I was fairly pleased with the last run even though I got spanked by a Subaru that ran 11.7 @ 121mph. It made me want a good tuner, watching him banging away on his laptop before the run.

A funny story about my second run.

I was against a new Mustang. I did not know it at the time but it was a female driving it. It was a stick and she got a good jump on me and was pulling away through first and second. When she went for third she went late and hit the limiter. She never recovered and I nosed her out 13.4 to 13.8 with identical traps of 103.18.

Obviously this was not a stock GT. I slowed on the return road and gave (her) a thumbs up and hollered that if (she) had not missed 3rd I would have lost.

The stang went to the pits and I went right back to the lanes. About a half hour later this dude comes up to me as I am sitting in my car dreaming of a 170 T-stat and fan mod.

He says to me, and I kid you not, "Were you talkin' $hit to my wife down at the finish?"

Had I been drinking something at the time I would have blown it out my nose. I assured the guy that I was in no way talking $hit. He said that it was her first run ever and that she thought I was being mean to her or something. He said she doesn't want to run anymore.

I explained to the guy what went on, he seemed skeptical but eventually went away. It would be shame if she quits as she nailed her launch and first shift, especially for a first attempt.

So apparently the guy in the black 300 is a flaming a$$ and likes to pick fights with chicks and ruin everyones fun.

I posted a bit in the general discussion area and ill add a bit here. I had very similar run times. Im amazed how identical Skeletons car and mine run.

It was such a great time except for skeleton pushin around ladys. Hes quite the bully:grin:

Heres some pics of mine. My best run was 13.356 by the way. 26 psi in the backs, esp off.
