Also agree that over $22 grand is too high for a used SE, since you can get one brand new for the same price or less if you haggle. Although new base SE's seem hard to come by (at least where I am, every dealership has SXT's and RT's to spare but very very few SE's) you might get a decent price for this.... goodluck.

Actually it would not be hard to negotiate an SE for just under 20k right now. With the $1000 off from Dodge it would be quite easy, depending on the dealer.

As for the mods, almost any time you mod a car and attempt to sell it, you need to write them off as a loss. Not knocking the sale or anything, just my own personal experience.
