any views on the use of these exhaust addons?

I wouldnt do it. You would end up loosing a good amount of back pressure. I mean if u wanna be able to go 180mph on the freeway then go for it. It makes alot of annoying noise let alot a pain in the ass to take off and put back on (if you do decide to do it, stay away from the electronic ones, the acctuators burn out quickly due to the heat). I would get a nice sounds exhaust, but have ur exhaust guy pull out all of the stock cats, and put a high flow cat in. That would make it pretty loud, good amount of hp gain and sound good..
