Let's hear it for ProMotionTuning!

Guys, I just have to share my experience with ProMotionTuning with you. Why? Because they're kick a**! I ordered the AFE stage 2 CAI and Hotchkis Sways for my TB Daytona. James answered all my questions (Keep up the great work there James)...and even gave me a $75 dollar discount that I can apply on a future order of $449.99 or more. I'm applying it to the Flashpaq from SuperChips...as I've wanting one for awhile now. Call or pm him, and tell him that I sent you there, and he'll give you a good deal like the one he gave me!

I was actually gonna do a post like this as well. He contacted me after I wanted in on the group buy for the FlashPaq and I told him I wanted to order a flowmaster catback as well and he made it a nice easy transaction giving me a 5% discount on the flowmaster, group buy price on the SC and free shipping. Not to mention I still have the 5% discount for registering on there site to use on a future order.

Customer service goes a long way in my book, and in todays world its hard to come buy. If I need something and ProMotion has it even if its a little more expensive Ill buy it from them just for this sole reason.

Ok have to add my $ 0.2 worth (where is the cent sign??). James and ProMotionTuning are AWESOME! I am stationed in Germany and have PM'd and emailed several different "Supporting" Vendors and asked them if they ship merchandise to APO AE addresses, those that bothered to answer at all sent me a one-liner stating that they could/would not. I called James and asked him and he said no problem. He then probably heard the long silence on my part because I was actually so surprised I didn't know where to begin (I was expecting another wishy-washy excuse why they could/would not ship to APO AE). After that initial shock (nice one for a change) it was all a piece of cake. I asked questions and James answered them and gave me some good very good advice. I ordered the AFE Stage 2 CAI and the Corsa cat-back exhaust. Today, less than a week after he said he shipped them, they arrived. Now that is what I call service!!!! Again THANKS JAMES!

When you sell products and dyno tune cars all day, its nice for a little adventure from time to time! Shipping overseas or in this case to an APO has always been a favorite thing of mine. Its alot different then just slapping a label on a box and being done!
