FocuzTech has offered to host at their facility if the event is on a Sunday. Any ideas? We're starting to get into good weather time here in the PNW, we should get things hoppin...

Depends on the weekend but I would come over? Dod you post this as well on the LX forum? There seems to be a tone more people from the N.W. on there.

I'm just getting a feel for what kind of interest there is here....I'd be willing to put some time into helping make it happen if a couple people are up for it....

Hey psemond72. I live up in Vancouver BC, but we are down your way every now and then, and the wife loves shoppin in Wash. If you get some feedback on a meet, let me know, and I will come on down for a M&G. There are a few of us up in Canada that would probably come down for a meet. Did you know about the meet in Issaquah, i think its on June 2nd. All Mopar meet, and I know a few folks are going down for it. Check the threads on LX forums, lots of chat about it there.

It is June 3rd at the Tripple X in Issaquah. Right now there are over 30 LX's registered and will be parking together. Several Canadians are coming in as well. There is a lot of info on this over at the LX forums in the Northwest region section.

That is true. I am heading over to that as well from Spokane. Should be a blast. There are people coming from Oregon, Washington and Canada. I even think I head that someone from Northern Cali was coming, but do not quote me on that.

I was thinking of something more Charger oriented and not so much LX centered. I've even been thinking about a Northwest Charger Owners Group/Club...

We will be assembling a Sunday "Chargers" get together. We will be offering promotionals on several items along with a small raffle. Onsite, we will have cold air intakes, Flashpaq tunes, and a few other cool things. I am not sure if I can pull the resources together prior to the XXX event, but I am committed to getting this pulled together. If you want to setup an online presence to support a local club, I would be willing to assist/sponsor.

I go out to Tacoma every year to visit my fiances family in the end of July beginning of Aug, if you had an event somewhere in that area I am sure I could plan for it! It would be cool having a PlumCrazy Daytona that traveled 1500 miles to be there wouldn't it be?

I know I would have a blast driving through Idaho into WA on I90, lots of great corners, steep grades and of course wildlife and rock falls to swerve around. Damn I love that area! Then again I am in ND where you can set the cruise..fall asleep and find yourself in MT and still on the same flat straight road of I94

If there's interest in a local Charger club I'd be willing to help get it set up. I'm assuming Boogie isn't interested....

I think it would go over better if every LX was involved and not just singling out the Chargers only. After all Focuz Tech makes products for all three.

I'm just saying what I'm interested in, if someone else wants to step up and make something happen....I'm all ears. I wouldn't join an LX owners group though, I like Chargers and it would be cool to see 20 Chargers rolling down I-5. Corvettes have groups that don't include anything but vettes..camaros have the same....why shouldn't Chargers also? Meet and Greets would be fine with all LX's I guess, but not an owners club.

I guess my response was a bit short. If a Chargers only club is what you want then great. I hope you get one up and running. You are right though, I wouldn't be all that interested. I personally enjoy hanging with the local LX crowd. It's great to see a caravan of 20 Chargers, Magnums and 300's going down the road. And it gives me some contact with the Mags and 300's that I wouldn't otherwise have. Plus a large group of great friends. Just as if and when I pick up an old Mopar I don't want to be in just a Cuda or Roadrunner club. I guess I just like the variety of cars. That's me, not you. And I really do wish you success in getting something going.

It would seem that it doesn't matter anyway, there's obviously little or no interest in either, judging by the lack of posts....

Well guys, I am interested...I think there is enough of the LX's around here (both online and geographically). I don't own one yet but am happy to provide a "catalyst" of sorts for fellow owners to converge.

The Key here is the LX platform. We would get alot better turn out if we did not alienate the others. I think there is enough LX's and I love all 3 styles.

I am with Boogie and Squeeg. I have made a few trips over to Seattle and took part in some events with the LX community. They are all fantastic people and I have made some new life long friends through there. I even went drag racing with Boogie. That was a cold, but fun day.

No offense bro but there is alot of people interested, we just do not want to exclude everyone else. You say you would not join an LX owners group, to late you already did. The Charger is a LX and this is a LX forum. It is just called the Charger forum. Just my thoughts, and again no offense.

Well, it would seem to me that this is a non issue then. There is no need to set anything up if you guys are already attending the events that you want to attend. If someone else wants to step up and put something together, feel free....

What, are some of the Charger owners too good to hang a bunch of station wagons? I know bskylerj isn't, he's a great guy. ;) He and the others can hang with us anytime.

It's not about that....I'll attend meet and greets with any Dodge cars whether LX or not, but I'd like to see a Charger owners group here in the PNW.
I ride with a motorcycle club as well, we have different kinds of sport bikes from every manufacturer so it's not a "we're better than you" thing....
What I have in mind is a Charger owners group that could host M&G's, test and tune drag days and such that could be either Charger specific or for all LX or Mopar vehicles.
