man ...if you want an example of a crappy vendor..here you go.Revolution motorsports is unexceptable. They have the crappiest customer service. I would warn all you fellow charger owners not to order from them.Im gonna have to go threw my bank to cancel the order because they dont return email messages or phone calls. Ordered my lights 3 weeks ago and nothing. It says shipped on the invoice ffs...with 3 day delivery..and that was 2 and half weeks ago. I have had enough with these people....poor excuse for a vendor!!!!!!! I know other people here are also fed up. Especially when i paid 169.00 for the lights and I have seen them for 99 dollors now with fast shipping....

I agree, poor customer service! When I was looking into buying the halos, I pm'd rev and Focuztech with some questions. Guess who didnt respond....you got it rev! Focuztech responded quick and has been more than helpful with answering questions. I bought my halos through Focuztech, and have no regrets!! Two thumbs up to Mike at Focuztech!!

I have had business with both dont waste your time with revolution motor spots. Please go with rider graphix you will not be sorry!!

that sucks. i ordered from ridergraphix and i have no regrets. i love their product and my item was here in three days. amazing!

Have had issues in the past with them as well. I gave up on them a long time ago. Dont know how you stay in buisiness with service like that.

Yeah, it's a Coincidence, after you just happen to post this thread. Funny how they pm'd you, but not me, who ordered the same item as you basically the same day, they didn't respond to me, I guess I need to start my own thread.

Miraculously I got through today to some guy there and when I asked about my order he said it'd been taken care of, that there were some delays but I should be expecting it anyday. I then asked the important question, "when was it sent out"? Ugh? He didn't know. Then I asked for tracking, they have none, I asked if there is insurance, NO! UNREAL!

All I know is that if by tomorrow morning that hasn't arrived I'm disputing this charge and if it ever happens to arrive any day after tomorrow, that is going back- return to sender. I'm through with them as well. This is BS!

i already called my bank...when you do a search for revolution motorsports...all yyou get is negative feedback...i dont know why they are a vender here

You can't go wrong with Focuztek. I ordered mine and have nothing but great customer service in regards to my order. Mike rules!

hides - 99.9999999998%, that it hasn't been sent yet...i don't think my stuff was sent out either...i probably spoke to the same guy, because it wasn't robert and he spoke w/ a slight attitude...as if i was bothering him and i didn't appreciate that....he couldn't give me a straight answere...i hope i'm wrong and get it tom...we'll see, but it's been a long time for me...i didn't even go into detail on my experiance thus far...my only issue w/ rider is that they don't have a contact #....other than that, great product and FAST delivery...later - jimmy

Well, I decided to cancel the order with revmotors, I ordered it April 4 and it's already the 20th. I went ahead and ordered it from Focuztech, I got it priority so it will be here in a few days. I know THEY WILL DELIVER!

I agree revmotors has terrible service, I even receive the wrong decals. I tried contacting them and never had it resolved. I sent over six emails and called twice with no results. Basically $100 dollars wasted on unused decals. (I threw them out after 3 months). I highly recommend not using them, unless you have money to throw away!!

They were helpful with advice prior to me placing an order. I ordered decals from them on April 2nd, and just yesterday the order status was updated to 'shipped'. I wasn't in a hurry to get them but didn't think it would be three weeks either.

Maybe they or their suppliers had 'production problems'. But that doesn't account for the unanswered emails others have encountered. I'd rather get an email saying it would be a couple weeks than to hear nothing and be left wondering.

All of the supply issues with the HALOs have been taken care of. Our current supplier AACstyle has take 3 weeks to get our orders out. They have gotten all of them out now. They shipped out 8 kits for us.

If you have ordered them they will be in your hands by thursday-friday of this week.

We are in the process of getting these from a better supplier.

Custom graphics take 4-5 business days to produce then ship. These are not left on the shelf to collect dust.

I am hiring a new graphics production person to help to speed the process!

That is a great idea! when I get the rest of the tracking from AACstyle I will post them up on here to prove it!

I have been talking to Mike at FocuzTech about them and carrying his product instead!

I just received PM from Robert that my issue will be taken care of tomorrow (to my satisfaction) Apparently there was a problem with his shipper misinforming him. I will keep you all posted tomorrow as to the outcome.

.........although my original took nearly 8 weeks to complete, I found out after many pm's, emails, and a couple of phone calls, that it turns out RevMotors was having difficulty with one of their outside material(s) suppliers.

To date, Robert over at Revmotors has completely resolved this matter and he went even further by cutting additional graphics for me and it seems to me that any problems I initially experienced were due to circumstances beyond his control.

I also learned that he dumped his old supplier and opted to go with somebody completely new. I placed an additional order that was processed and shipped in less than 1 week! Way to go RevMotors! Job well done.

There are a few more things to you order. You asked for a material that had to be special ordered with took a few weeks. We do not normally stock.

Your order will be fixed tomorrow. I just email you the tracking it will be.

I'm betting at this point, that Robert at Revmotors, feels the same way that I do...... this order shouldn't have gotten to the point that it did (with the delays and lack of communication etc).

In the interest of fairness, and to keep all of the CF forums members (and guests) who read these:

Robert completely resolved the problems with my order!

Not only did he credit my entire order (which I was not ever looking for, nor expecting) he also shipped out my order and went the extra mile of shipping it out Next Day Express via USPS!

Again, I bet he's wishing, or feeling the same way I did/do. It should never have gotten to the point it did, but a big THANK YOU is in order to Robert. His swift action to resolve this matter erases my sour feelings and leaves me feeling confident about placing future orders with his company.

YES! revo motor sports...did not make any attempt to call back to write back through my emails...i bought the transformer emblems...they are cheap plastic pieces of crap...i shoudl have went with BT...and took about a month to get them...HORRIBLE customer service
