Folks,
I have posted before but want to do so again. We are packaging in extra 3m glue dots for you knobs and covers. If you are experiencing some "spin" please place a 3m dot on the inside wall of the knobs, line up as you would, and then seat them in. This will take care of the problem.
The metal is expanding and contracting depending on temperature. Please do not hesitiate to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Heidi, I have been meaning to tell you but I keep forgetting. Send some 3M glue dots when my order is ready to ship. Oh, one more thing, whenever you're not busy, email me back that I sent you an email 2 days ago. :) Thanks!
