Our monthly SRT Engineering Chat Session is coming up. It will be held @ CherokeeSRT8.com (http://www.cherokeesrt8.com) on Wednesday, April 18th from 6pm to 8pm MST. We do have a special session this time, and straight from the SRT Engineering Team, here is the request:

SRT is starting to put together ideas for the replacement vehicle for the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 and since the SRT Forum(s) community involves some our most avid customers, we felt that this would be the perfect opportunity for you to tell us about what you like and don't like, or what you might want us to do differently.

So this is your chance - When the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is replaced -
what would you want in the new vehicle?

See you at the chat on Wednesday.
So, listen to the man and take this opportunity to add your 2 cents for the future direction of one of the most feared SUV's on the planet.

Hey, Ekool, can we get some feedback on exactly what this means? Are they asking what vehicle they should do instead of the GCSRT? Say, the Avenger or the Nitro? Or are they asking what improvements should be made to the GC itself?

And stand by for the 43,322,322,266 posts about giving up access to the computers:)

Well, if they're replacing the JGC SRT-8, I'd love to see an AWD SRT-4 Caliber, or any other SRT AWD vehicle that's a car and not an SUV or truck.

I'm pretty sure they are working on the next generation GC SRT8... and they are looking for suggestions on how to improve it.

Is this open to just this specific topic or can we ask other questions as well?

I'd like to ask them why TCS seems to be functioning even when I set the ESP button to full off (press and hold ESP until the chime). With ESP off all the way, my SRT8 still applies brakes and reduces engine power when I try to spin the tires from a stop. I'm not the only person who experiences this from the months I've been here in the forum and I have to wonder if there were a batch of SRT8 Chargers with this problem.

Just like every other SRT Chat Session it is open to discussion about all vehicles.

Cool! er, kool!

I hope someone might ask about this if I can't be there and I can catch up on the dialog later. Thanks!
