ordered my lights like 2 weeks ago and still havnt received them ...says shipped priorty wich should be 3 days hmmm ..anyone else have problems with these people

do u have a tracking number??????? check that and if not call them and ask for one.

I also ordered 2 weeks ago, it was shipped supposedly priority should've already been here last week but STILL ISN"T!
I PM'd them through here yesterday and they said they'll check today!

i pmed them about 2 months ago several times. i have a hard time believing they are even in business anymore. personally, i would cancel the order. ive been emailing them non-stop the last couple months and nothing.
HMMMM????????? They still appear here on the forum and the guy pm'd me back saying he'd check it out today. Let's hope that's not the case. Whoever is in charge of returning their emails or calls needs to DO THEIR JOB, as that reflects very badly on this company. It would also be quite foolish since they appear to be one of the sponsored co.'s here on this forum, which is comprised of a large volume of *possible* clients.

I have heard enough bad things about rev motorsports to know not to use them. It seems EVERYONE is upset with the way they do business.

back on topic.. I ordered stuff from Rev over the summer. At the time he was quick to respond and to ship. Its shame to see negative stuff about a vendor that was a good guy just a few months ago.

i think that guy runs the ridergraphix stuff. revmotors is the username for the revolution moto vendor.
Oooh... I was wondering why he highlighted the name on his post. That's what it was...:grin:
I didn't want to ask, because I didn't want to look st*pid to an obvious answer, lol.

nah I know who run which company.
Just found it funny to see drider in here. Also now everyone knows who to contact for vinyl ;)
But maybe my head was still spinning from the return pm from hiDes. ;)

I'm with you on this one. They were never too good at getting back to anyone. Rider pretty much has everything they do and those guys are awesome.

Most custom graphics can take up to a week to get made and shipped.
I have been spread alittle thin lately with all the new projects we have going, New Avernger, Charger and Magnum kits, even a new fleet of Charger Cop cars in our local area

from reading the thread I believe the main concern is the lack of communication on YOUR part. I understand that you can be spread pretty thin with everything you have on your plate, but I think YOU should take some time and A) pm the Customers that have complained in the thread and B) return the PM's and phone calls you haven't had a chance to. Just want you to know that I am NOT trying to take shots at you or your business, but I have heard issues about it before. I am just trying to lend a helping hand.
