This is a private invitational event for pre-registered LX platform cars ONLY - 300's, Magnums, and Chargers - No exceptions
The event is NOT open to the public or spectators except those accompanied by a registered event participant

WHEN-
.....Date: Saturday, March 24th
.....Time: 10:00AM - Please arrive NO EARLIER than 9:30 and NO LATER than 10:45!
We must have everyone parked before 11:00 AM to get ready for the wedding
No cars will be admitted between 11:15 & 11:45 so as not to interrupt the nuptials!
ALL cars must be parked & registered as of 12:30 - No later arrivals!

Kris Pakizer, Brand Manager - Chrysler 300 (Auburn Hills, MI)
Zoran Bogdanovic, Brand Manager - Dodge Charger & Magnum (Auburn Hills, MI)
The Drift Charger (http://www.samuelhubinette.com/newwebsite_0301/uploaded_images/sccafd03.jpg) will be there!
Sam Hubinette (http://www.toxicdrift.com/), "The Crazy Swede" famed for his drift driving skills, he has won 2 out of 3 Formula D Championships driving a Viper SRT10. This year he'll be competing in a Dodge Charger SRT 8!
DUB will make an appearance again this year with some of their tricked out LX's
The CHP (California Highway Patrol) will have a display incl. a cruiser and a motorcycle, brought to us by Shaggin Magnum of LXforums!
Pete Santini will attend with his Royale 300, Super Bee, and a few other LX's bearing his unique painterly touch
A few other "Special Guests" will make an appearance
The Tulsa Rib Co. (http://www.tulsaribco.com/) will be back again, by popular demand, to satisfy your appetite - Lunch was such a huge hit last year... YUM!!

The windshield placard identifies your car, so members can find you, and details any mods you may have done so members can hound you! There will be everything from stock to startling and it's all about showing up as much as it is showing off!

You will only be allowed to enter through the WEST driveway-
A Volunteer will stop you to check for registration before you can proceed. This is the person to notify about special needs parking so he can radio ahead.

Once registration is confirmed, you will be guided to parking-
To prevent chaos, you MUST park where you are assigned and there will be no saving of spaces. If you wish to park with friends, you will need to arrive together!

Once parked, you will not be able to leave and re-enter & no cruising on the lot.

Please watch for children!

-Immediately after you have parked:

Most of us plan on dinner at the Hotel - We will have done enough driving and have a big day ahead of us so we're staying close and taking advantage of the hospitality of the Doubletree. Volunteers who have not had dinner prior to the Meeting can break off in groups to cover each other.

3/22 - The Adjusted Lists are printed - No further changes can be made

3/18 -The list is finalized and is in alphabetical order -

IF YOU REGISTERED DOUBLE-CHECK TO MAKE CERTAIN YOU ARE ON IT!!
The system records IP addresses to prevent duplicates. A new list was presented for each edit.
We found that a few members tried to register for someone else and, by doing so, eliminated their own registration!
In addition, there were some duplicates (same username) from separate IP addresses, duplicates were also eliminated.
I have the previous lists - If you registered before the deadline but are NOT on the list, please contact HEMEEE by 3/21!

NOTE:
We have received many PM's asking to be added to the list after the 3/16 deadline, too many to answer individually while trying to finalize the next phase of plans.

We're sorry, but that won't be possible at this late date. Registration forms had to be entered through the automated system so that everyone who needed specific counts and details could access them by a reasonable time. Cut-off dates are necessary so that all involved can move our time and energy from the planning stages to the final implementation stages of the operation.

Scott...registration will be open soon....be sure to check this thread daily and make sure you register as soon as you can before it fills up...

I believe the Auto Course part of day 2 is full but there may be some spots still open for the Auto Cross part....you can always check when you get down to Irvine and see if anyone cancels their spot on day 2...

What Mighty Noid said. There is a caravan coming from the Northwest. It will be well worth the drive. Last year everything went perfect for them and had about 30 cars in the caravan when they arrived in So Cal. Think this year will be about 50 cars. To have another Super Bee in the mix would be great. Keep us posted.

Man if you’re on the fence you will miss an incredible event. I don’t even know where to start with the emails and phone calls I’ve received about the buzz of this event from DCX and other major players and how do they attend. I have received confirmations and others who will be there but will confirm next week. It is truly unreal, how much attention we are getting. The registration system records IP addresses so if you register twice from the same computer, the 2nd one will cancel out the first as a safety net of sorts.

If you are bringing 2 vehicles, you'll have to register the 2nd one from a separate computer and with a separate username.

-IMPORTANT-
If you do this, please be sure to adjust both registration forms to reflect the correct number in your party per vehicle, so it's not duplicated... we need an accurate headcount!
(For example, if the current reg, has you at a party of 2 change it to 1 and make the new one 1)

I had a 3M clear bra installed last week for the drive to Irvine.
I mentioned to the guy I was going to blue tape the area above the grille and fender caps. He showed (and sold) me a quart bottle of a product called Debris Shield. (Debris Shield, 4981 Irwindale Ave #100, Irwindale CA. 91706, phone 826-513-0299 / www.debrisshield.com) He poured a small amount on a plastic clipboard, spread it out, put it in the sun to dry. Goes on like Elmers Glue, dries clear. peels right off. He suggested blue tape all outside edges, as to not get yhe product thin at the edge, (harder to remove, the thinner areas) So I will blue tape the outline, and just use that to start the peel off, when I arrive in CA. And re-apply it b4 leaving Sun Morn. They suggest 3 costs applied with a cheap sponge brush. Wish me luck!!!

I talked with a member today and it's his first Spring Festival. He wasn't sure what to expect and what he should do. That's the perfect person for this event.
