Brad - It's now been 2 weeks since you've recieved your engine covers, which I shipped to you on the promise that a check was in the mail. Since you've been banned from this forum, I think you believe that means you're no longer obligated to pay me. You've made a legal purchase request, which I have proof of, and I also have proof of your signature recieving the product at the following address:

If you do not wish to keep the covers, simply send them back to me. I know you're still frequenting this forum as a different user, so I'm sure you'll see this. If I do not recieve either the parts back, or payment for the amount owed, I will file a police report with your local police department. Do not underestimate my resolve in getting either my money or my parts from you! I will gladly spend more money to come down to WPB and bring you to small claims court, than what the covers are worth. What you have done is called theft - and I will do everything I can to make sure you're held responsible for it!

At the very least we need to get him banned from LXForums too for stiffing you, insulting this entire board including specific people who also post over at LX on a regular basis. They need to know the real MagRT over there.

As I said in my PM MadC, I'm so sorry to see that you got taken. We hate seeing one of our own harmed in any way. I know LXforum's Admin. is already watchful of him, but I have an excellent working relationship with them and will drop a PM.
Just to make you ALL aware of what's going on behind the scenes as well, MagchargerRT has made it his mission to change IP's and keep rejoining with different usernames to get in as many derogatory posts as he can before the next ban, which we have been dealing with for days now. Please keep your eyes open and watch for his "distinct" posting style and report anything you deem suspicious. Some of you keen-eyed detectives have already done so, and we THANK YOU!

You can file complaints to his internet provider(since you have all his information) and also forward that to his local authorties for harassment chargers. Sounds petty, but he should be held accountable.

There are always two sides. What many people forget is it's rarely what goes on ON the board that warrants a ban or suspension, it's what happened behind the scenes in our attempts to bring a member into compliance with forum rules or rules of common courtesy, and it's never without warning (except spammers). We don't ban members; they ban themselves through their own actions and refusal to abide by the rules.

Mag said he was going to "reek havoc", and he's now managed to do just that without even posting a word, IN TWO FORUMS NO LESS!
How much did Mag owe you? I'll be happy to cover some, or all of it if need be. Let's all do the "RIGHT" thing for a supporting vendor! :)

I appreciate the offer Spoon - but it's really not about the money. I would be just as upset if it were a $1 sticker. It's the fact that he actually told me the check was in the mail, and joked that he was afraid I would take his money, and not ship the parts!

He is/was. I was reading his first post over at LX (Charger forums is blocked at my office, LX is not), and he totally bashed our forum. Cheers to the Admins at LX though, they pulled the post before I could finish reading it. JWeezy, you saw it, right? Anyway, LX admins were very firm (before the post was pulled) with him stating that bashing of any other forum was prohibited.

I am doing the same thing this Spring in the Atlanta area only it is for a transmission....

As it is, it's definitely not about the money anymore - in fact, if he was to actually pay it, I would turn around and split it up to send to everyone that DID pay for them, just as a thanks for not being like this guy!

Actually Don, that had nothing to do with him - I had it set as a reminder in my Outlook :lol:
I did get your PayPay - thanks - and I had your parts packed and shipped before I got it. I may have been screwed by him, and probably should have learned my lesson - but I still think 99% of the people on the forum are trustworthy (and you've proven that - so thanks!)

Maybe this is too rough.... but most people arent allowed to use internet at work.... especially not certain things. Maybe an annonymous tip to his employer that he's been looking at 'bad' things on the internet..... :silenced:

Unfortunately, that could very well be the case (not from me either). I would guess he's probably the IT guy there, which is how he just keeps changing IP addresses to sign up as different users. The internet may be anonymous in many ways, but harassment is still illegal if you're found - and he's been found! There's no longer an anonymous wall to hide behind. If I never get my money from him, yet this puts an end to his tirade, then it will be my happy contribution to the forum. :)

It's not worth getting upset about anymore. I appreciate all of the support, as it far outweighed the one or two that thought he deserved being defended. They just don't know him yet.....

Because pretty much all that can be said has been said, and the party in question is no longer a member here and cannot defend himself, I am closing this thread.

Update:
I've asked HEMEEE to open this thread back up for one final post from me, and then close it afterwards, so it doesn't go off track.
Brad did contact me today, and he has apologized for the misunderstanding - which I now believe that's all it was. He has already paid what he owed, and even added extra for the trouble it's caused, which was not necessary. We exchanged quite a few PM's, and I've come to the conclusion that although things may have gone bad between him and others here, he is really not the villian I figured him to be. I'll even apologize to him also, for not trying to bring this to an end in a different manner - but my emotions did get the best of me, as it did many of you - and I do thank everyone for their support.
In the end, I have my money - and also what I feel was a sincere apology. After all, he could've paid me, and not offered an apology with it.
