overhead sunglass area wiring help needed !

I have isolated the power wires in the overhead consule for my ongoing monitor install, but I need to know which wires to tap into. There are 4 orange wires with green, yellow, grey, and blue stripes on them. Does anyone have any knowledge on this area ?
Which is hot, and which is the ground ?

what exactly are you trying to hook up? i know i hooked up a blue led display to my boys mirror and i had to get power from under the dash and used the black wire for ground, when i get home ill check again and tell you which wire to tap into, or just send me a pm

I'm trying to hook up a backup camera monitor into the sunglass holder cavity, so I need to access power in that area for a clean install.
