Well my newest round of mods have been ordered and are either in transit or already awaiting my arrival back at my house (I'm in NH right now visiting family). New mod list will consist of the following items:
Royal Purple Oil
180* Thermostat (I've had this for a while but haven't installed it yet)
JBA High-Flow Midpipes
AFE Stage II Intake
Cragar Black Soft 8 Wheels
275/55-17 M&H Drag Radials
All tolled, I spent around $900 on all of these items.
I'm looking forward to finally getting an intake AND finishing off my exhaust (my JBA shorties and Magnaflow Cat-back were lonely ;)).
As soon as everything is delivered and I get it all installed I plan on hitting the track again looking for major improvements. I'm hoping for 8.6s or 8.7s and I think it's totally possible if the drag radials can infact drop me from the 2.2 60' mark into the high 1.9s (2/10ths drop in 60' should be good for about 3/10ths of a drop in the 1/8th <crossing my fingers>). The great weather, completed exhaust system and new intake should take care of the rest :D.
Stay tuned for Dyno numbers and track times
Later,

Yeah, I can't wait! I remember what the difference was when I installed the headers and cat-back, and I'm expecting good gains from the combination of the mids and intake (plus I'll reset the pcm which I didn't do last time). What I'm looking most forward to is the drag radials since traction has been a major problem for me at the track where I race. I'm thinking a better track with these sticky tires I should be able to pull mid 1.9 60's and really improve my times.
I need to get out to a 1/4 mile track soon as well, but the only one that I know of in my state that is relatively close (2 hours) is ALWAYS packed and never very fun.

Looking forward to seeing your numbers dude...looks like you may just be able to edge out GoDaddy :D.
I've lucked out; some tracks around here (all 1/8th mile though) are open year round as long as the weather is good. I plan on hitting the track again soon.

Well I just returned home from my 2 week vacation up in NH and while I was away I received the Royal Purple Oil, the JBA Mid-pipes and, the Cragar wheels.
The guys at M&H called me to let me know that they were out of stock on the Drag Radials and that my order wouldn't ship for about another week as the new batch of tires had to cure...good news is that they knocked off 15% for my patience :D
So now I'm just waiting for the Drag Radials and the AFE intake and I'll be ready to install everything and hit the track.
Come on mid 8s

I assume this is not your daily driver.....with drag radials?

It is a daily driver...the drag radials are only going to be put on when I'm at the track.
