REC Navigation DVD Disc Slot Cover

The little tab that locks the DVD Slot Cover in place broke off my slot cover, so it will not stay in place. Checked with my dealer. Cannot find a part # for the cover so will have to replace The ENTIRE UNIT. Does anybody know the part # for this cover to save the trouble of changing the whole unit.

As long as we are here, is the faceplate available separately? The part that has the mounting tabs on it? The unit I just purchased from a seller who shall for the time being remain nameless has had three of the four mounting tabs (where the screws go) cut off.
