on October 16th 2006 I purchased a K&N CAI for my Daytona on Ebay from a seller named "hptrucks". they have a ebay store and sell a lot of different parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It has been over 3 weeks now and I still haven't recieved my part. And to make matters worse, I've written 5 count them 5 emails asking for information on my part. Each time I get a automated response that says parts will be shipped blah blah date. I finally reported to Ebay and tracked down a phone number and called and was told it will be shipped this Friday. :lie: (I'm taking THAT to the bank)
I told them that they should at the very least hire someone to answer emails instead of hiding behind an automated lie. I read thier feedback log AFTER I hadn't recieved my part for a week, and found out that they have a lot of negative feedback. All saying the same thing, no communication, lies, slow shipping, had to be reported. So unless you are in NO hurry to get your parts, IF you ever get them, I would strongly recommend that you buy from another source.
Whew, I feel better. And lesson learned, always read feedback BEFORE you buy.

Report them to the Attorney General of your state, if they don't deliver I think they can be charged with Interstate Commerce Fraud...

Yeah, I thought Ebay was great until I got screwed over recently with an incorrect product. Seems to be happening more often lately for some reason.

ooh, that's good. I'll remember that if it doesn't show up REAL SOON.

You really should have taken the time to read the feedback first.

I also have found some vendors on lxforums that are not on here that are also very good. Overall, I have not found a bad vendor on the forums yet.
