Site/Template Layout Help!

How do we change the layout of the site/forum? When we were in Texas, Ryan (broccoli) logged into his account, and his whole Control Panel was on the left side, as a navigation instead of at the top of the site, while the forum was on the right of the side. I'm not sure if anyone understands me but if you do, please let me know. Thanks.

Elvis...Grab a quick screenshot of your layout so we have an idea of what you're seeing. Maybe that'll help.

BTW - I don't recall changing any settings when I set everything up, but at the same time...I may have :D

Ahhhh....That's how mine looks too when I'm viewing the forums individually. What you saw was my User Control Panel. I have automatic subscriptions turned on so that whenever I post in thread I'm automatically subscribes me to it and when I click on the User CP, it displays all of my subscribed threads that have new replies. So what looked like the forum view in the right side of the browser window was actually just all of my subscribed threads :knockout:

Let me know if all that crap makes any sense :D
