Is it possible that the PHR Charger designs were actually a test balloon put out by DCX to guage reaction to a design direction they were/are considering?

You mean the green grumpy-Intrepid car? Huh. That thing was retro, I guess, but it was more 1996-retro than 1969-retro, little stamped character marks on the doors notwithstanding.

Seriously, didn't it carry a lot of 1990s Dodge styling cues? That seems to be a look you guys are working hard to get away from.

Based on PVOMan's comments the green KiaCharger (as it's called on a couple of Mopar boards) should be the starting point for a Charger rendering.

It means that the new Charger will look somewhat like this green car but will also have the higher beltline, cowl and less fast windshield of the current 300-Magnum platform?
