Well, dyno'd the Charger today. The car has Kooks LT's, high-flow cats, Borla cat-back (125's), and the K+N CAI. I did two runs, the first was without the SC Flashpaq tuning installed. SC has said that installing their tuning with LT's can lead to the engine running lean, so I needed to make sure of the A/F ratio before permanently installing the tuning. I do not have stock #'s for the car, I wish I did. Here are the #'s:
Run 1. Without Flashpaq, Peak HP 285.2, Peak Tq 330.7, mixture was a little rich, so I was hoping it would lean out a little with the Flashpaq tuning.
Run 2. With Flashpaq, peak HP 294.3, peak Tq 338.8, and the A/F ratio was almost perfect. Very slightly lean at 2200-2500 RPM, but it was dead on through the rest of the range.
Ambient temp was 72 degrees, the car was warm, guage was at the mid point for both runs. I gained 9 HP, and 8 foot pounds of torque with the Flashpaq. The Tq curve and HP graphs are remarkably flat, the engine produced over 320 foot pounds of torque from 2500 RPM to 4700 RPM. My #'s are probably a little on the low side, my elevation is 2800'. I would expect another 20-25 HP minimum at sea level. Really wish I had baselined the car stock, but at least I have these figures to compare to after I do heads and cam.
That's a nice little gain. Everything helps and I hear the car is a lot more responsive and fun to drive with the Superchips. I might need to pick one of those up. I just wish there was a way to know if it'd work on my 06/06. Thanks for posting these results!

Like night and day. The Flashpaq is worth every penny, IMHO!

jasonface, If you want some stock numbers I don't know what your car is SXT, R/T... But here are the number from my 100% stock R/T. She had 2900 miles on her at the time and still had the factory oil in. It was about 60 degrees out when tested. Hope these help...
PULL ONE:
start Oil Temp was 134-------278.51 rwhp
ending Oil Temp was 152-----319.22 rwtq
PULL TWO:
start Oil Temp was 154-------288.35 rwhp
ending Oil Temp was 165-----328.76 rwtq
PULL THREE:
start Oil Temp was 158-------288.92 rwhp
ending Oil Temp was 170-----329.32 rwtq

Those #'s sound about right for the mods you have. If those are SAE #'s thy are already corrected for altitude.

That's a nice little gain from the SC - not as good as the LT1 guys get from their tunes but getting almost 10rwhp for around $350 is pretty cheap HP gains. Do you have scans of the two curves? The other dyno w/ and w/o SC showed the gains came at the high RPM range, mostly due to the raised shift points. Are you running the 91 tune w/ raised shift points?

I thought that SC was working on ironing out that problem with the LT Headers were you getting any pinging (detonation)

No pinging. I was able to fix that by keeping the coolant temps down with the Fan Mod and 180 T-Stat. I had to deal with that this summer. After the mod and t-stat I ran the car on a couple of days with the Temp around 100* with no pinging, but that was also before I installed the LT's. I had heard SC was working on a fix for the lean out problem, but in my case, the A/F ratio was ok.

RTaddiction asked: Do you have scans of the two curves?
I'll scan them and get them up here, but the gains were across the range, not just the higher RPMs. The gains were FAR greater at lower RPMs, check this out
2506 RPM, WO/SC 135.2 HP, 283.4 TQ.
2505 RPM, W/SC 159.5 HP, 334.4 TQ This is NOT a mis-print! Look at those gains down low, I believe that is why the car feels so much peppier with the SC, even though you only end up with a 9HP peak gain up high
3012 RPM, WO/SC, 175.5 HP, 306.0 TQ
3022 RPM, W/SC, 187.4 HP, 325.7 TQ
I'll get the full graphs posted, I gotta say I'm a believer in the SC Flashpaq! Next I want to do a dragstrip test with/without the tuner.
