HID's Still Flickering

I installed 9000k set of HID's and I'm still having problems with flickering, I know this topic has been brought up a lot, but I just need to know what to do or where to buy the relay kit.

Another forum member told me that you could use two 10 ohms 50 watt heatsinked resistors, and this would stop the flickering.

yes i started a thread just last week with the exat same problem and that is the solution right there .. if done properly it will work
