Hi Gang, Im new to the boards,

I am about to Purchase a 06 Charger and need some answers that the dealers cant seem to. The car I am considering buying has the Performance Exhaust (which I really liked compared to the cars that didnt) and also has listed "Steering and Shift program". Now I know this means something better than if the car didnt have it and theres no extra charge either. I would like to know if this is a noticeable difference over the cars that do not have it and is this a performance feature as well like on the "road and Track cars.?Thanks a lot in advance.Future soon to be Happy Hemi Driver. :)

Sounds like a R/T package to me.

Includes: 18" x 7.5" aluminum wheels, dual zone automatic climate control, power adjustable heated front performance seats with preferred suede, high speed engine controller, load leveling and height control, P235/55R18 black sidewall all-season performance tires, performance steering and performance suspension

Actually Crow, its a Regular charger w/o the R/T pkg, the stickers on some of the 06 models show some cars with no Performance exhaust, some with ,and then theres The "performance Exhaust/Steering/Shift Program. How different I wonder is this Steering /Shift Pkg.?? I think that when they Built some of them they used what was available on the line? Maybe you should have a looksy at this Window sticker? Thanks for the reply.

Heres the Car:, on the Dodge website, inventory search area code 30080, its Douglas County Dodge the only 06 they have left in silver Steel ,check out the sticker. I have seen several like this in my search over the lsat 2 months.

OK, after looking at it, that is just the "standard" equipment that comes with all Charger's having a "Hemi engine" under the hood. So nope, this is not the R/T stuff.

Sounds to me like its a standard R/T without the R&T (important to stipulate the & or / in the middle there. Helps avoid confusion  )

Mine is an R/T without R&T and it said the same things on the sticker. And BTW- you don't have to have the R&T package to have the dual zone climate control or heated seats. Mine came with both. It confused me at first 'cause I initially thought if you had them you had the R&T package.

And....welcome to the crazy house Jethro! How much mod money ya got for us to spend for ya?
