Dashmat?? Who NOT to buy from

Ordered a new Dashmat for the new car back in July. It was the 1st accessory we wanted. Went internet shopping. Ended up at Internet Pioneering, Inc, AKA "GoToAutoAccessories.com" . Charged a fair price we thought, so we ordered one. 4 weeks goes by, nothing. E-mailed them. "Sorry its taking so long, we'll shoot out another!" Kewl.... 4 more weeks, nothing. Hey whats up?? "Sorry its taking so long, we'll send you out yet another" Kewl, ok, i guess. I think, maybe I'll just get one locally. "How about we just forget it and I'll take a refund?" "No way" they reply, "we dont do refunds!!" YEah, but you have my $$, and i have no product!! They say, "we sent you three, not our problem" I says, "I want my money back, or I'll call the cops, and the USPS mail fraud dept". They say, "We dont take threats, your case is closed!!"
SO basically, beware of these folks. Mike Weinberger is the president.
Otherwise, love the Charger!!!!!

Did they give you a tracking number? Did you report them to BBB? Call the Police?

Telling people here is good for us, but what about others and yourself...Go all out and get thos fockers...

I informed them i was going to call their local police, and the USPS mail fraud. They said they wont be intimidated by my threats. Last thing i wanted was to have charges againt me for threatening behavior, so i told them my intentions were not to threaten, just advise them of my possible actions and to give them one last chance to do the honorable thing. they declined.
No, couldnt find any tracking #'s, nor can i locate their hometown off the website. All I have is an area code, and searched anywho, but nothing comes up.
Kind of hit a dead end.
Thanks for the ideas tho, and i'll check out another source.

If you charged it with a credit card, call the credit card company, the will charge it back to them...There will be a dispute...Tell the credit card company what happened and the card company should charge them back...

yes, it must be a sign..... I was just looking for something to keep the glare off the dash during our 22+ hours of sunshine up here in the summers.

latest development, they refunded the purchase price of the mat we never received, but not the shipping they charged us. Had to get my CC company involved. Better than nothing, but just the customer service is reason enough for me to never buy from them again.
