I ordered my Top Banana Daytona thru David Lantz of Archer Dodge in Stafford, Texas.
He is a moderator with Dodge Talk Community Forum and is known as Freelantz.

He is not like any car salesman in Vegas. I called him at 2:30 AM on his cel and woke him up and he acted like it was just normal business hours.
He is as cool as the other side of the pillow.

A word of advice for Las Vegas Dodge fans. Don't buy from Integrity!!! They have the worst customer service. I Took possetion of my car Dec 10th, as of Feb 6th still no pay off on my trades, still no call for green slip (current temp reg expired), and still no answer to my many phone calls!!!! THEY SUCK!!! Just got back from midnight mayhem, and I must say I was suprised that I did not see 1 charger, old or new! There was a mango SRT10 that put up low 14's, but there was one camaro that put up a low 8 in the 1/4!!! :rockon:
Next one is Aug. 25th, it's only 5 bucks to watch and 10 to race for 4 hrs, and there are lot's of damn hot women!!!! If anyone's interested, we should set up a M&G and represent. I'm certainly in, and looking to sign up to race next time......:devil:

Man, last night was FUN! I ran my TN Daytona several times, a bit daisappointing as we ran 1 14.9 and several 15.1's or so. I won all of my races except against a 400hp goat 1 1 shot of 125nos, and he got me by 1.8 sec's. What I was really suprised at is that my car seems to be doing better in the first 1/8 rather than the 2nd, and I would've thought it would be the opposite. I ran with K&N CAI, Flowmasters and SC set to 91 with 1/4 tank 91 oct and 1/4 tank 100 Oct. I set the SC to paddle kick, no raised shift point, reduced TM w/ esp button held in for the ping.Our best run was 14.9, after letting her cool down with the hood up and the engine cover off for 40 minutes or so. I saw a Go Mango run out there, but never got to speak to him. Sorry I missed you, would of loved to compare notes..... No Srt-8's pr pther Chargers there that I could see, althought there was a mango Srt-10 that was pretty sweet. I wonder if the fan mod would really shave any time off? Killed a srt-4 out by .306 and a mustang by .5!!! Cant wait till they get the supercahrger all worked out....See you all in two weeks...

Met some great guys tonight at Timbers tonight.
Louie had his SRT and has some big plans for an already great car.
I will let him fill you in on the details.

Choll was there with his twin to myTop Banana.
We haven't done much in the way of mods, but I have a feeling that could change soon!

Zero Remain dropped down from St. George and brought his Superchip programmer with his his modified Inferno Red RT.
He programmed Tater Salad's REd RT with 285 wide rear tires, Mopar headers and Flowmaster Exhaust and was ready to test it out.

I asked to go along for the ride and what a thrill that was.
As he entered the onramp he laid rubber even in second gear as my head snapped back in the seat. The shift points were all around red line and the acceleration and exhaust roar reminded me of the old Roadrunners.
My stock Daytona won't do that.

Looks like I need to go with Superchips now.
I knew this was going to happen hangin with you darn modders!

There was a yellow Daytona at the supperrun in Henderson with flowmaster exhaust but I didn't get to hear it run. I'd like to hear how yours sounds even though I am 95% sure I"m gonna go with e-cutouts after the cats.

We should meet up Wednesday at Street Wars..........it'd be nice to meet some other SRT-8 owners. I've seen two in town so far(one Silver with woman driving, one black guy driving near super run) and both ignored me when I waved to them. :(

After trying many different settings, I think I have found the best tune for my Daytona.
I am using the Custom with paddle kick, performance 91 octane, reduced torque management and raised shift points.

It really screams now, but no rubber in second gear like you get.
Your headers, flowmasters and other mods must be the difference with the added hp. You have a very impressive ride!

I think I might go find a deserted road tomorrow and really open it up.
Maybe the road to Tecopa or the old road to St. George just this side of the Virgin River gorge. Time for some fun!

The only bit of advice I can give you is that it is ALWAYS best to go buy a car on the very last day; preferrably night, of the month. Salesmen are hard pressed to meet their quotas and will wheel and deal.

I was very tempted to trade mine for the Superbee; if only they would have had all those cars in stock 3 weeks ago. DANG IT!!!

Your SRT is putting down some great times at the track. I have read of others being disappointed with their SRT's performance.

you are right.... Fontman informed me, too. Was wondering if I could pay a tech with a flashpaq to do the upgrade. I wonder if you can only use the flashpaq on ONE vehicle or can it be used on multiple cars.

The flashpaq can only be used on one car at a time. It saves your stock settings in the tuner and loads the performance tune. If you want to use it with another vehicle you have to return yours to the stock settings.

Do any of you Charger guys in Vegas know of anybody in the market for a brand new 2007 Charger R/T? It has 450 miles on it, brand new of course and I just got a very nice promotion and a choice of a company car, from Audi's, to a Dodge Charger R/T (go figure), to different SUV's. I don't drive it and would unload it for a reasonable offer. This is the low ballers special if anybody is interested.

For those of you thinking that this is a hoax, I would be willing to meet in a public place and prove to you how serious I am. Car has a clean title and I would love not to deal with EBAY and what not. Give me a call on my cell if you are serious and would love a brand new car for a few thousand less then dealer INVOICE...I really don't have any need for this now.

Not sure if I want to go on a cruise that is that far away... I've done a couple to Mt. Charleston and it was pretty hard keeping everyone co-ordinated along the way. If things started to go sour it would be harder to peel away.

yesterday in the afternoon 2 cop cars going to a call slammed into eachother infront of holy family on harmon and mt vista. and then one when into a stop light box and one went into a front yard and another car. 3 people got hurt.


LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Three police officers are recovering from injuries after two patrol cars collided while responding to a domestic violence call in southeast Las Vegas.

Authorities said an officer in one car ran a red light at Mountain Vista and Harmon Avenue and hit the other car with two officers inside. The accident happened about 1 p.m. Wednesday but police have not released the names of the officers involved.

Department officials said they will investigate before deciding if the officers will face disciplinary action

Ok everybody "The Strip" out at LVMS is gonna have the first Midnight Mayhem(street legal drag racing) on February 9th starting at 8pm. It's only $10 to race or $5 to watch in the stands. It'd be nice to get some LX's out there whether you're slow or fast. Last time I was out there was one silver 300 SRT-8 and my Charger out there.

Midnight Mayhem doesn't start until 8pm on Friday, Feb 9th..........me and a few other racers usually meet up at the Pilot gas station on the Craig road exit on I15 north. Usually we do a meet starting at 7pm and roll-out to the track around 7:30pm. I'm down for meeting there and then and anybody here is welcome to come out as well.
