Just got mine done today. I went to about 10 different shops up here and nobody wanted to do it. Dropped by an independently owned custom shop and he said he would do it for 80 bucks but not until i had 20k miles on it...

So i ended up paying $180 to get em done. :(

At idle you cant tell the difference... maybe very very slightly but i really cant tell. to test the high speed noise i drove up and down I95. there is a little bit more noise than if you were to add a CAI but minimal increase if that. as soon as you turn on the radio you cant really hear it. if you blast your radio you only hear it when you give it some gas.

As for the sound.... sounds much much better. it gets throaty inside when gas'n it and i would really like to hear it outside the car though but i dont trust my girl to floor it and not hit something =)

But for inside noise, like i said, you hear when you are givin 'er some gas but when cruise'n down the interstate... practicaly nothing. as for the mds, you can hear it change but, again, with the radio on you dont.

Ill keep this mod for awhile. maybe work from the front of the exhaust and back now.

Edit: Ill see if i can get a few sound clips.

Hey thanks for the review! :D Sounds like it might do the trick for me. I'm not totally convinced that these $1k aftermarket exhausts do much at all for performance on these cars.

True but "no" is not only used to answer a question but to express disagreement with what someone else said in a post. Thanks for clearing it up. Using quotes is what most of us do.
