*** ADVERTISING / VENDOR RULES ***

1. Advertising by non-supporting vendors is NOT allowed. Period. Do not post a link to your site, link to your business or auction, contact information, discuss pricing, products, services, projects, or post in a member's threads about your product. Do not attempt to pimp your wares on the forum. The forum costs money to run, and until you contribute to the forums, you have no place using it to promote your own business. If you are interested in becoming a supporting vendor, please send a private message (PM) to ekool, JayC or HEMEEE. Until your sponsorship is official, those posts/threads that we feel cross the line will be deleted

2. Business Signatures are NOT allowed for non-supporting vendors. All non-supporting vendor/members are asked to remove business-related 'signature' images, text, links, logos etc. that identify or promote your business or it will be removed for you

3. Member discussion of products offered by a NON-supporting vendor is permitted, however, the discussion may NOT turn into an advertisement on a vendor's behalf AND the vendor may NOT particpate in that discussion:

a) Example: You MAY post "I got a great deal/service/price at X company, give them a call" - You may NOT add "The owner said to let him know you're from this forum and he'll sweeten the deal" - That is advertising on behalf of the vendor / the vendor using you to advertise for them

b) If a member makes numerous posts about a non-supporting vendor in such a way that it appears he/she is associated with, or advertising for, that vendor, they will be cautioned. The line is thin, and we will use our judgement as to when that line is being crossed

4. Supporting Vendor Group Buys are permitted but ONLY by the supporting vendor. Members may not initiate, post, or manage such Group Buys. All business must be conducted by the vendor, or his/her board-authorized employee(s)

5. NON-Supporting Vendor Group Buys, promotions, and special offers are NOT allowed and may not be arranged, posted or managed by members for any product or service

You can also use the contact us button on bottom right of the site, or by clicking here (http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/sendmessage.php)

Hey, I just followed the link that was at the bottom of the page above that has the "rules" on it. I filled it out, so hopefully I will here back from someone tomorrow. It took about 3-5 days to get everything squared away over at the SRT8OC forum. But they are really nice over there as well, so they didn’t bust my chops for chatting before I was official, so hopefully I have not over stepped my boundaries here. I just get kinda of excited and impatient when I know I have something that people can use to sweeten their ride, so it’s hard for me not to tell people about it.

I am not an admin or moderator just giving my opinion.

Billy, You might want to edit the first post just to follow the rulez. We do use our supporting vendors here and, hint, hint, we love group buys. Hopefully we can say welcome aboard in a few days.
