Front license bracket

I want to remove the front bracket for the plate but I don't know what do do about the holes. Any suggestions?

Get a personal plate from the internet somewhere with some sort of Charger or Dodge saying and keep the bracket. I thought you lived in Toledo?? Then you would need to keep it for a front plate.

Yea I'm in Toledo but I'm 5 minutes from the Michigan border and they don't need front license plates. So the cops don't mess with you much about it "knock on wood'' Neither myself or my parents have ever had front license plates on our cars and we've never been pulled over for it "once again knock on wood" I did however get pulled over in Sandusky for it once but was let off with a warning. Being close to Michigan lets me get away with darker window tins as well too :)
