Well, in preparation for an upcoming "night" car show.. I installed an orange LED undercar kit. I really wanted to stay away from these but I am tired of seeing all the attention during the day and when the sun set.... my car became a black hole that nobody even noticed.

That's funny, because in my day we mounted lights on the traction bars! Thank God that's over with!

Lighting
Decorative neon and LED lighting in addition to the regular head/tail lamps and brake/turn signals, such as lighted windshield washer nozzles and tire valve caps, underbody neon lighting ("hover lights"), etc.

Might be rice, but does score you points at the shows so who cares. If anyone wants these we can get them in single color or even 7 color underbody kits. We also have wheel well kits to complete the look.
Just let us know.

Its all about what you like. If it works for you - more power to you. Thank god we live in this country where we can express ourselves and have choices

American cars can also suffer from this. A Ford Mustang may have a GT badge, indicating it has a V8 engine, but the car may only have a V6. As another example, a Dodge Charger R/T may have an SRT badge.

Legitimate uses
Some people who perform visual modifications may be more interested in visual appeal than any perceived performance, as there are custom car shows and competitions with focus on innovative design and expression of the driver. Such shows may be used to display artistic paint schemes or even radical structural body modification of the vehicle.

First of all, this is ony for shows and comes on at no other time. Second, I have not or would never claim my car is something it is not. However, everything I do is to be unique and make my car my dream car! So thank you all for the nice compliments but to those who think their biased opinions mean something to the rest of us that think outside the box... you can keep the negative comments to yourself. Anyways, I do have lights in the front and both sides.. the one for the back busted before I could install it and I am waiting for a replacement. Also, you're right... the pictures don't do them justice because they are very bright but my camera isn't very good at night shots.

You have no idea what rice is dude. Its not like it has a 10 foot tall wing or a million stickers on it. Thats rice, putting something on your car that race cars use for performance or sponsorship goof.

Maybe I should have said something with my post; I was referring to Rossb who pointed out the Wikipedia BS. I looked at it and I found two things that would negate his stupid comment about rice.

The first was that you didn’t try to make you car look like something it is not and the second was the Legitimate uses which stated that some modifications are done for Custom car shows, which is what you said in you original post. Therefore Rossb's silly comment has no place in this thread.

Nice lights. Lights under these cars make them "pop" at night at car shows. My town has a small car show every Tuesday, and once per month it has a huge car show. As Fall approaches, it gets darker towards the end of the show. If you don't have lights, no one notices. I too, only use mine at car shows or sitting in my driveway.

I can't believe someone would call a Charger rice, even a Hemi owner's car. I got flamed bad a few weeks ago when I posted my pics of my lights. I got the wheel well lights in my set, and I am going to install them on the sides of the car. The 4 foot tubes, don't quite make it down the whole length of the car.

TJchargerRT....I understood what you meant... just no what RossB was thinking. Thanks for the compliments... and it does make it pop at night.. We'll see just how much tomorrow at the show.

Pikeboy98,... where did you place the light for the front? I'm just curious cause I am using the lower grill right now but it isn't giving me as much light as I would like (not enough exposure).
