The weather has been fierce for the last couple of days. I've been dodgeing all kind of trees.

I've seen the aftermath on the news. I'm over in KC and we need the rain but not what you just got. Good thing the car handles well:grin:

Has the storm already passed KC bud? I'm in Croatia, on my balcony, looking at the beach, yet my car is home!

We got some heavy rain this morning but there really wasn't any severe weather. With you being so far away I hope the car is covered up.

Dude. . .you are not alone. . .
I was in Springfield IL earlier this year. . .check out the pic and how close I was to this one. Actually there were two in one storm side by side.
I was in the stairwell of the Hampton Inn looking out a re-enforced window. . .CRAZY. . .stepped back once the mulch and dirt started to fly up off the ground.

Then this Wednesday afternoon I was in Springfield again and another tornadic storm came through. . .it then went down home to St. Louis is what all the news is about. . .same friggin storm!
Lost some branches but that was it, no damage to the house. And we have power.
Can't wait to see what's next!!

We've been having crazy weather in PA. My wife's aunt was driving down the highway and a branch came through her windshield.

Amazing photos. For those that thought this was just a small storm, those pictures say it all. Now imagine that stretching for miles forming a wall of wind. Thank you K.C. Union Electric for coming through and turning the power on for my mother in my old neighborhood, and all other electric companys throughout the state working overtime in the Lou. My cousin stayed the night last night. Went back home today, and her power is still out. This has been since Wed. night. I got off work late when it hit and had to drive home through it. If I had someone with me with a video camera, I'm sure I would have got a little change for some of the footage. Funny thing is, I went to school for Meteorology, so the episode was breathtaking but scary.
