View Full Version : IL State Po Po gots a Charger

I was in the Tollway just south of Willow Rd and on the southbound side was an IL state trooper with van pulled over and he had a Charger. Didn't look too bad. I will keep my eyes peeled for them now on.

Dude ... Notice no Badge emblem on the side... The stupid cops have 6 cylinder versions and some 8's hahahahahahahahaha......

Where I work every so often someone drives to work with an Indiana Cop Charger, and I work in the Northern Chicago Burbs, LOL

It has lights in the grill and dash visor, as well as the full computer setup inside. Has Hemi badges and RT badges on the back

When I was in high school, there was a guy who was really into the military, and we all nicknamed him 'GI Joe'. I think we all knew of a guy like that.

I wonder if this person is of the same persuasion, really ultra gung-go about police and had his car spec'd out to look like one.

On the other hand, perhaps the person only has one car and during the day the 'non-cop' works up by you and in the evening it is an official car in IN.

But of all the cop Chargers I have seen (about 3), all of them were debadged of everything except of the Charger name. No R/T and no HEMI.

Yep thats it, has the light bar in the middle of the dash as well as one wrapped around the passanger visor.
I never see the guy arrive or leave, and I work at a fairly large company, so there are over 1000 cars in the lot. Beats me who drives it, but we have branches all throughout the US and I'm at the corporate office.
