That's the one thing I didn't do myself. I could drill holes in that plastic front end for the air dam, but I couldn't bear to punch holes in the trunk lid. Just too afraid I'd screw it up. I let the dealership do it. All I can tell you is that it looks like a four bolt job:

If you've got a good template and a steady hand, it should to be a breeze.

They took quite a while doing mine (over 2 hours). The service manager said his guy was being extra careful not to screw it up. I think that was code for "we're charging you double what we should because you won't go away and leave us alone."

I had a body shop paint mine for $120 then they put it on for an extra $30. The spoiler unpainted runs roughly $350-380.

$250 for me painted and installed. I just picked the car up ten minutes ago. Looks good but I'm not used ot seeing that spoiler back there. It may take me a few days to fall in love with the R/T's "new ass".

Its dark.
Hey GoDaddy, aren't you hunkered down somewhere out of the storm? Your wife must be wondering what you are up to. Tell her your tracking the hurricane on line
My wife knows way to much about this site. When I told her one of the members was evac-ing she said, "Oh, I hope GoDaddy is ok".
i was also told when I came home with the spoiler on the car that I should help feed the kids and not go on line with my "internet friends."
She loves the spoiler though. Says it makes the car look finished when you look at it with the front grill in black as well. The hood struts are on, CAI in and the auto lights are functional.
What next?

I'm sure you are already working on the boat mode. I believe if you hold down the ESP button for 11 seconds the rudders deploy.
You are the official site engine cover painter. I don't think I have the patience for that anymore.
Amazing, just a little mod like putting on the hood struts and I like the car even more. Never thought it would matter - same with the auto lights.
I'm still getting used to the spoiler.
Got to decide if I'm going to go for warranty busting mods next. Usually, I'm sorry that I did when it comes to driveability. I'm in traffic a lot.
Why didn't we just buy STR8's? By the time I'm done I'll probably have that minus the engine.
Stay safe. I may use that company that was listed on the site to do the engine cover. What do you think of this combo -black as the main color and accents with the metalic flake color that is within the black paint on my car.
(hey, nobody steal that yet)
