Yah the new Ford 500/Mercury Montego will be the Chargers competition...unfortunately both have a very anemic 203hp...at least by the Chargers standards...Ford is going to have to get with the program and start to seriously boost the output of some of the motors ;). However, this is unlikely to happen since they have killed their "Hurricane" engine program :(

Not directly...they still make the Crown Vic...But I doubt they will spend the money to make it competitive...

But the 500/Montego is trying to be family luxury oriented. I know when i get my charger, i'm looking to kill some ponies :D !!! But i think the charger's biggest comp will come from chevy's SS divison
