Under Coating Over Spray

Anyone else get under coating? I washed our car awhile ago and noticed what I believe is undercoat over spray on the rocker panels. Not really noticeable, unless you wash the car like I did, but now that I know it's there, it bugs me. What's the best way to remove? Any advice would be appreciated.

The best way? Take it back to the dealer who did the undercoating and point at the over-spray and chant the famous unhappy customer rant 'FIX THIS'.

Other than that any brand name tar remover, WD-40, gasoline (careful with that one!) should do the job. Just remember that you may have to re-apply wax to any areas that you use the heavy duty remover on.
