Right there at Biff Buzby's Burger Joint (bindere dundat). Sounds like a plan to me. Will give it my best shot. San Marcos doesn't sound bad either but that would probably have to be a sunday for me..

or better yet, maybe we can all meet up at a different spot. that way the charger family can roll into biff's all at once. imagine the head turns if that wee to happen.

let me give you a run down of how it is there at Biff's. it's a parking lot where a whole bunch of hot rodders get together and admire each others car. it's like a car show with out the judges and the rope preventing you to get within 5 feet of the car. all kinds of cars are there from '34 ford 3 windows to '50 mercs to '57 chevy's, fast back mustangs CLASSIC chargers, barracudas, Chevelles, vettes. like i said HOT ROODERS. i hope to see everyone out there. it's this friday june 2. i'll be out there around 7pm in my Go ManGo.

until 10p or so. i failed to mention that you could take coolers full of beer. lawn chairs if you want to sit down and you can even take your dog. it's a real laid back place.

Swung by on my way into work. Got there around 9:45p, no chargers were left. Looks like a real coo meet, a regular thing - They had a DJ after all ;)
Keep me/us posted on future events - I'd like to meet a few of ya.

i must have just missed you, i split around 9:20 or so. i saw to chargers roll by while i was there. but niether one of them stopped. one was a white 6er with i believe the words "don't hate" on the windshield. and the other was a white r/t. if that was any of you guys, you should've stopped. i was parked next to a 73 challenger. i had my hood up.

That was me in the white R/T. Made two trips around the lot, just too many peeps and no suitable parking slot. That coupled with the whiner sitting in the passenger seat that kept saying these people should get a life. She doesn't understand one wit that this is their life. She also doesn't understand networking either. I saw your car with the hood up....Maybe next weekend (without the whiner). Also know that the first friday of the month is MOPAR night at the Pig Stand on Broadway as well.

Just passed a TB on Hunt Lane right outside my sub-division. I wasn't processing what I was approaching too well and only managed a hand up/still holding the top of the wheel and I am pretty sure I got a wave back!:):yes: Was this any body from here???

Hey, all of you all who said that San Antonio was a cool town to live in, you can all go to hell. Oh wait, I'm already there. As I type this I am literally melting in my chair.
Seriously though, love this new town, but I still haven't gotten used to the heat. I've never looked forward to winter until I moved here.

i'm down for having a meet somewhere.
i don't know any of the places around here... but the cheaper the m&g location the better!
lets do this soon though. my bday is coming up, and i'm thinking a car mod might be just the ticket. but first i need to hear some exhaust setups or K&N kits, or see some rims or something to inspire me.

What, am I the old guy here at 36 (37 in Nov)??? While I would like a M&G, I can't do Sugars or the like (NO I"M NOT GAY OR A BIBLE THUMPER!) But I'm married to a psycho jealous Senorita that would cut my d!*& off in my sleep should I venture too close to such a happy place. (let the whip sounds and name calling commence) Being a bit on the "mature" side and as she is wife #2, really don't want to try for #3, at least not now.

If you only knew of my single days following my divorce and continuing through my stint in Korea...yeah, I can say with confidence that I have had enough "fun" for at least 2. But there is always room to try things a new...
And as for the above part, been there done that with several nationalities in the same night (from what I could make out in the pictures and decipher in the stories told by those that were there....Bars in Korea could get a bit out of hand.:D

Yes, but the Philippines and then AMSTERDAM put the ROK to shame.

ROK is nuts. Spent my first two years of high school there. Needless to say I had some fun there... nothing like living in the 4th largest city in the world walking around with American Dollars and having an entire nation of girls think you are sex on a stick because you are a tall white guy with light color hair.
As for the Philippines, I can't say if it is crazy there or not, but my wife is Filipina, and if the rest of them are as crazy as she can get....

Ain't that the truth?!!! I had nearly white hair from being in the pool/sun for 4-6 hrs a day and GOD did the local girls dig that!

oh it was awesome, you know how it was then. back in HS i weighed a buck 30, and I looked a lot like leonardo decaprio at the time (well, close enough as far as the korean girls were concerned). man oh man...
but i found that the amerasian girls that i went to school with were the best. dad is in the army, mom is korean, daughter is absolutely amazing... went to school with quite a few of those.

I was in the military for 5 years and I've been to japan, korea, hong kong, singapore, malaysia and australia. Besides australia being the best out of all of them I think singapore is the second best to party your ass off. The good thing about singapore is that majority of them speak english and have a british accent. It's beautiful there.*sigh* memories :(
lambo
08-29-2006, 07:45 PM
Agreed, Australia tops them all. I visited for a week but wanted to spend the rest of my life there... absolutely amazing.
As for Singapore, I spent a day there, and it was the hottest place I've ever been in my life. Beautiful country, beautiful people, but hot as all get out.
Didn't get to party there, so don't know anything about that...

yo Lambo maybe you've seen this or maybe not but this picture I took was in the train station in Perth Australia. I found this kinda strange because how often do you see this in a restroom. I thought it was weird so I asked a local about it and they said and I quote " Well what do you expect? Do you want them to leave it on the floor so kids can get a hold of them?". I mean how bad does a place have to be to be so kind to the druggies and give them a disposal instead of trying to crack down on it?

hahaha. i never saw anything like that there! of course i was in tourist central up in cairns, so i'm guessing i saw the shiny beautiful 'spend your tourist dollars here' part of australia.
that is hilarious though.
