Looking for Stolen 68 Charger R/T

I thought I would try to post on this site on My 1968 Dodge Charger R/T which was Stolen in Bayview, Tx( near South Padre Island) in 1991. I haven't given up so anyone with Info on Vin number "XS29L8B375599" Please email hd4406z@yahoo.com, it was missing enigine at time and parked behind house when I came back from a tour of Germany and Iraq it was gone. Orignal color was Copper with Black stripe, fully optioned car with A/C and Auto. 440 block was in the back when parked. I would love to get this car back. Thanks for any info

if it was stolen in 1991 i don't think its coming back, and these forums are for the 2006 chargers, good luck, hope you find it.

sorry to say your car was prob parted and sold off the same month it was stolen. had it happen to an old vette i was restoring...:cry:

I'm sure you've already thought of this but try tracing the vin through your DMV to see if the car has been regsitered. Watch ebay but it's been a long time.
I know someone who bought an engine for his Harley about a decade ago. When he sent it in on a factory rebuild program Harley caught the vin as a stolen motor. He didn't know it. He lost the motor and someone got back what was theirs so you never know.
