This is geared for those thinking of buying a product from this vendor.
I wanted to purchase an exhaust from MPSC, during a truck load sale. The sale pdf. showed an error in price. I called and confirmed. To my amazement they honored the lower price! Saving me $25. I would later have a local garage install it.
If that was the end of the story I wouldn't spend the time writing this post, but I digress (sp?)
A few months later the car was making noise and I took it into the dealer. The dealer located a weld leak in the exhaust. TO make a long story short the dealership wasnt sure about the warranty on this part. I called MPSC. Ted assured me the part was infact a mopar part and further calmed my nerves by informing me of his complete support of the warranty. He also had me inform the dealer of his name and number in case they had any questions.
End result was the exhaust was repaired UNDER WARRANTY! I do not know of any communications between the dealer and MPSC, but it was refreshing to have a vendor support the deal after the money was paid!
I have since purchased a few small items from MPSC and the experience is flawless! THese guys, Ted, Jeff and Will are first class. Did I happen to mention the prices are the best! If its a Mopar part... you have come home!
