This video is Grinner's first in a long line of videos. And he really does some amazing work. Grinner's pitching this line to the tv channels and working to fulfill his dreams of having his own show. One day all we'll have to do is turn on the tv and there he'll be.
$20.00 is for an awesome video and it also helps support one of our own LX owners.

No offense to grinner here at all, read alot of his posts on LXforums, but never really had any conversation with him.
But for what this video ACTUALLY is... He would sell more at $5 or even $10 then he would at $20....
Not saying people won't buy it at $20, but he will not sell as many copies, and if you look at the overall profit vs profit per unit he would do better working on a smaller profit margin per video.
From the trailer the video is not worth $20 IMHO.... just like this post may not be worth 2 cents in your opinion.
Best of luck to him on this project though.

Honestly, Grinner is one of the greatest guys I've ever met. Just a downright cool person. The price really isn't that much when you think about it. I spent $20 on my Applebees dinner tonight, lol. At the cost it's being sold at, no one is making any profit on it. It's there mainly for distribution and to help in the promoting of his show. Plus it's a really cool video and Grinner even has a money back guarantee.

Daytona - Its a over very good video, some ofthe stuff is kind of basic but you see people doing things to cars ( Magnums mostly ) talk to some cool owners ( not just LX cars but other cool cars Superbird any one ? )
TYpically I dont pay $20 for a Movie DVD, but what I do pay $20 is something different and to support someone that has helped out a lot on these boards with how to, Photochops and videos on how to get things done.
Example - Red vs Blue I buy those because the make me laugh and these guys are doing something cool ( when it started using games to make movie shorts were rare ), I but Moddin' Art because it helps support someone thats giving back to the community.

I have given much more of these away than I have sold. I never set out to make money on these DBDs (good thing... I'd be very disappointed)
They are mearly a promotional item to build hype for the television show.
Daytona, if you want one for 10 bucks, I'll send it to ya.
I look at em as business cards.
