I haven't had my Charger for too long, but I have started toying with some things and making it "mine." So I decided to go with the 68 style deep dish grille from Danko. I ordered it October 4, and had expected it within a few days. When it didn't show up, I emailed Mo (Great guy!). He responded saying everything is made to order and that usually it takes 2 weeks to make and another week to ship. OK, my mistake, no biggie, so I waited until this past Monday(3 weeks and a day later), called the company--no answer, didnt leave a message. Emailed Mo and he gave me his cell number, called him, he didn't know what my order was off hand, but told me to leave a message or email the girl at the front desk. I have emailed her twice, and left three messages now without any response whatsoever. Yesterday, I finally get a box from UPS, it looks big.... big enough to have the deep dish part, AND the honeycomb part that I ordered. I open it, theres lots of paper and the honeycomb part.... but not the other part!!!??!? There HAS to be some mistake.... So again, yesterday and today, left two more messages with no response.... I have no idea what is going on....
I want a Danko front chin eventually, I want the shaker system, I want the rear spoiler.... am I supposed to deal with this everytime? I dunno if its worth it.....
I love the ideas and products that I have seen come from this company. But I have many complaints with their customer service; I want to know if this is what I am supposed to deal with or if this is just a one in a million chance that I am getting unlucky with.

What you gotta remember is "mo" is a very small by himself buisness(except fir receptionist) so it may take longer to get the parts and I can deffinatly see ALOT of ppl calling sending emails ect. It might seem out of place in today's world but we can't expect everything to be speedy. This is all just MHO

I have the 68 style grille with honeycombe insert and the chin spoiler and there was no issues with the wait period or the shipping. As stated Danko is a small company and Mo makes the parts. In my opinion it is well worth the wait and there had to be a mistake but I'm sure that Danko will make good on it. Be Sure To Post Pics.
Danko Rocks!

Give Mo a chance he will make it right. He is doing a bunch of products at one time. The big thing right now are the new fenders he created. I ordered the same grill this summer and it took about a month to get it, which was fine since I am stuck overseas right now. Best thing to do is send him a PM on here and he will take care of things.

Hmmmm.....delivered in 3 weeks is basically 2 weeks for production and 1 week for shipping which is the standard time required listed on every order form so it's not really late or anything. Sounds like Beth may have sent you the wrong part though, she says she talked to you on the phone on Friday and is working on it so I don't see where the communication break down is here, people do make mistakes sometimes, but it's hardly the status quo with us.

Mo, I apologize if I came off being upset. I am not, obviously I want the problem fixed, and I was curious if anyone else had ever had any problems of the sort. I have NOT talked with anyone except you that one day on the phone, so she may be thinking of someone else. And as for being "late", that was my mistake for not seeing that on the order form.
So thanks for all the work you guys do, I really appreciate it and understand the wait time....
Also let me know if you need me to send you any pictures or proof of what I have received so far....

Mo is excellent with customer service. I work with him but what I'm about to say is from my heart. I cannot explain how many times I've been impressed by what he does for the customer. This is why I chose to work with him and stand behind him. The products take a little time to ship out(as explained on every order form), but true artwork and high quality products take time to produce. Danko Reproductions is the most stand up company I have ever had the pleasure to work with!

X2. I have the '69 Grille w/honeycomb, and the chin spoiler. It's what really sets my car apart (so far...STOP making the '69, Mo! Or don't ship any more to Chicago...I want to stay unique LOL).
Seriously, that's where EVERYONE goes on my car...to just oogle that grille and chin spoiler. So the product is great, and Mo's been nothing but awesome in my customer service. He even agreed to talk directly to my body shop on the install to make sure it got done right. Anything I need that Mo carries, I'll be going right to him. :bigthumb:
lovin' it
