I would get locking lugnuts and then an alarm that has tilt sensors.

They have tilt sensor alarms? Are they expensive?

150 lb. rottweiler chained to the rim? ;)
Locking lugnuts is your solution. An alarm will only let you know when it's time to expell some ordnance.

Locking lugnuts are a JOKE. First off, the lug nuts with a single lock (only one lug is a locking lug) can ALL be taken off with a gorilla tool.
Secondly, 90% of "locking lugnuts" have locking lugs on ALL of them. (this type is most common is what I'm getting at) Which is funny, because the keys are universal.
Also, if someone wants your rims they're going to tow your car away and take them later.
At the end of the day buy a nice alarm, locking lugs, but most importantly keep the car under a watchful eye and dont park it in sketchy areas. If you can't prevent parking in sketchy areas, perhaps car customizing (specifically wheels) is not for you.

If you buy a set of locking lugnuts, get the Gorilla locks with the free-spinning security sleeve. The other locks can be removed by hammering a cutting socket over the lugs and spinning them off.
Here is a website for the Gorilla locks:

Yes. No.
But seriously, a decent alarm is modular. You can add things like glass-break sensors, proximity sensors, and tilt sensors. Adding a module like that to an alarm that allows it should add about $60.
Use a reputable installer. The install is the most important factor with a car alarm. You want everything done right, and tuned so it's neither too sensitive nor not sensitive enough. An experienced installer will do it right.

I would have to agree with this statment. Most alarm are modular and you can addictional sensors.Yes. No.

Ya. Get a Good 2 way alarm and add tilt sensors and any other sensors you want. Sorry to hear about that. I have tilt sensors on my car and if it comes off the ground a 1/4" it starts going off.
