:icon_frown: Ok, so I have ben deployed in Iraq for about a year now and have ben collecting parts for my 06 R/T. I have them sent to my dad's house in AZ and when they get there he sends me pictures. I look forward to this and it brings me lots of joy. Unfortunitly this time it made me sad. :icon_frown:

WOW!
Mine had wood planks in it to brace it . . . I don't see wood in your box.

Mine had the wood brace too, but the box looked like UPS had dragged it to Omaha. Thankfully it was intact and unscathed.
I could see the shame in the drivers eyes as he pulled the mangled looking mess out of the truck.
Another time I got some hoses from BMC and I opened the express bag which contained the original express bag that looked like some pitbulls had been mauling it. Once again everything was ok.
The most depressing time was when I found an original color matched hood to use for a shaker. The box and the hood looked like it had been repeatedly rammed with a fork-lift.
Ah well, what can you do? Can't get cool stuff without having it shipped.
Hope ya get it sorted.

Geez, I didn't want to ever see this packing mess ever again!! My chin spoiler came in the same, extremely poorly packed box - no wood beam or support. My spoiler had deep scratches and scuff marks but wasn't broken. This is much worse than anything I've seen or heard about...
I PM'ed Mo and Toycrypt back when my package arrived, both of them responded immediately, apologized and bent over backwards to make things right. Inconsistent packaging is a clear problem and should be addressed by Danko (somebody should be fired!) but the parts and people behind them are very good!
Please reach out to Mo (PM him, first) to work something out. I'm sure he will do the right thing, I found him to be a very honest and decent guy and he will make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Sorry about that, did it have the 2x4" in the box? it doesn't look like it. Thats exactly the problem the we were having with UPS until we started using 2x4 and it never happened again. My guess is that the boxing guy ran out of wood and shipped it anyhow... We will send you a new spoiler, PM sent.
