View Full Version : (Happy Customer Now!)Put in an order but can't get anyone to respond.

My name is Randy Erwin and I placed an order for 1 set of red halos, but there seems to be two orders pending on my account. The only receipt that I have is for order #124. I need to have have order #122 removed as I don't need it or understand why it is there. This is the main reason I never order things online: It seems that every time I get the ok from the wife something like this happens to upset her and not let me order mods. I have sent two emails with no reply. What should I do? There is no way I am going to be able to pay for two sets. I completely understand that everyone is really busy, but I don't want my WIFE's card to be charged for 2 sets.

hey guys,

no worries it seems when you checked out you did so twice. The only package I packed up for you and shipped out was the red set. It looks liek you were never charger for the white set.

all of this can be fixed over the phone if there is ever a problem
