Hey everyone, My name is Wes and I’m the new guy over here at Flashtech. As the customer base grows the company has to as well, thats where I come in. I will be responsible for taking orders, shipping, and staying in contact with everyone via PMs, email, or you can always call me. As always Flashtech is striving to be #1 in customer service, taking care of what matters the most should always be a top priority.
We are in the process of moving to a larger office at the moment, expanding is always a good thing. Unfortunately, we wont have internet connection there until next Monday though. We will be getting a toll free 1800 number this week hopefully so everyone can call us up and keep us busy, as soon as we get the number I will post it up for everyone.
You can PM or Email me anytime of the day and I will try my hardest to reply within 24 hours, even on the weekends.
