srt8 spoiler ?

The dealer tells me there are brackets that mount under the trunk lid to the spoiler but he can not find a part # . He also said it could be a different trunk lid and that they may be molded into the trunk lid. "why the h@ll would they do that"

Does anybody have any info? ............."I'm pulling my hair out here"

He also said they list 4 different part #'s for 4 different spoilers........WTF!

anyways can any of you guys help me?

try www.moparsupercenter.com for a mopar spoiler. There are also several vendors selling cheaper aftermarket clones that some folks have been very pleased with, but I preferred the factory version. (See thread below for discussion)

There are no brackets needed to install a spoiler on a regular trunk lid. Perhaps the SRT8 and Daytona lids are different and incorporate a bracket, but I haven't heard this mentioned.

Try Custom Parts Plus a supporting vendor, got mine there, painted better than my car. I received it in 2 days looks great, had it put on for $48.00 ,it came with all hardware , They are a 1'st class operation

I think there is only one mopar rear spoiler for the charger.

Part Number 82209874 It only comes in flat black.

I just had one installed on my R/T w/ R/T, and had it painted inferno red to match the car. (Your paint code is on the drivers side door under the bar code.) Looks nice, balances out the car and makes it look sportier. Glad I had this done!
