I'll be there as well. Want to break into the 13's this week. With temps in the 30's in the morning best chance will be when they open at 10 if the snow is gone and the track is dry.

Just got back from Great Lakes Dragaway and my day has been made!
Ran 13.'s a total of 5 times today with my best being 13.842 at 99.96 MPH.
Car - 06 Charger R/T with R&T, NO performance mods, YET!
For those of you who gave my sh!t last week for running 110 octane you were right I think. Today I ran on 87 with better times... Another question was if the gas was unleaded or leaded. I still don't know but the nozzle was the same size as the unleaded pumps on the island.
Pics of my car and "lafrad". Good to me you!

yea.. he smoked me that run.
I had traction probles all day. I just could not get a good launch.
When I get my scanner hooked up, I will get my fast slip in... quickest for me was:
14.087, with a 2.093 60' time. That was with a lot of tire noise off the line. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas (damn filling up on thursday!), and 235lb driver.
On the runs that I lined up against aarcuda, he was just a touch quicker than me... if we launched even, my front bumper would be lined up on his rear bumper by the end of the track. If you take the cars as "even" from the factory, the differences are: the *possible* cooling effects from his hood scoop, and a weight difference.

we were also driving into a 20 mph headwind... so even more props to the 13's he turned :)

I didn't want to point out it was you. LOL
You had good runs for the first time out with the car. They were very similar to mine the week before.
